1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
2. Non-Eligible Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Products marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not due to Eminira’s error
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at info@eminira.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Ship the Return: Once you receive a return authorization from us, ship the items to the address provided by our team.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where items show signs of use or damage, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please take these steps:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing time may vary.
- If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@eminira.com.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
